By car.
If visiting our offices by car there
are a number of car parks nearby including a pay and display opposite our
office on Argyle Street. Free parking for a maximum of two hours is also
available in designated parking bays on Hamilton Square but you must display a Wirral Borough Council
parking disc which you can collect from our reception if necessary.
By bus.
Hamilton Square is a five minute walk from Woodside bus
terminal and 10 minutes from Conway Street Bus Station.
Or from Conway Street bus station there is a free E1 bus
to Woodside which goes through Hamilton Square.
By train or ferry.
Hamilton Square is easily accessible from anywhere on
the Wirral. It is also just a one stop
- five minute train ride on the Merseyrail Underground from Liverpool City
Centre. Simply take any Wirral Line train (New Brighton, West Kirby,
Ellesmere Port or Chester) from Liverpool Central, James Street,
Moorefields or Lime Street).
If traveling by Merseyrail train get off at Hamilton
Square Station. As you leave the ticket office turn right and walk a
hundred yards or so up the
hill to the square. As you enter the square turn immediately right (you
will be next to numbers 1 and 2) and keep walking along that side of the square. No 18 is the last building on that side. (Our
front door is just around the corner on Argyle Street.)
If
traveling from Liverpool you can even catch the Mersey Ferry from
Liverpool Pier Head to Birkenhead Woodside. Hamilton Square is a 5 minute
walk from the ferry terminal.
