Legal costs

Most, but not all, criminal proceedings are covered by legal Aid. As a member firm of the Criminal Defence Service we can provide free advice and representation under the Legal Aid scheme at the police station and in Court. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, we also offer competitive private rates and fixed fees in appropriate cases.

Partner Alan Boscoe is a Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal Law). That means that he has rights of audience in the Crown Court and even the Court of Appeal.
