Personnel

The Partners

Paul Davison - Partner. Paul was born in Liverpool. After living in Australia for a period he returned to Liverpool to study Law at Liverpool Polytechnic. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1995. Paul practised both civil and criminal litigation on first qualifying and later specialised in criminal law working for a number of prominent firms across Merseyside. Together with Laura Flynn,  Paul set up his own practice Davison Flynn in 2002. Following merger with Boscoe & Partners the new practice of "Davison Flynn Boscoe & Partners" was created on 1st January 2005.

Laura Flynn - Partner. Laura was educated on the Wirral and studied law at Liverpool Polytechnic. After serving articles with an established Birkenhead firm she specialised in criminal law. She practised from New Ferry for 8 years from where she made her name as one of the most able and respected criminal practitioners on the Wirral. Laura set up her own firm Davison Flynn together with Paul Davison in April 2002. Following a merger with Boscoe & Partners the  new practice of "Davison Flynn Boscoe & Partners" was born on 1st January 2005.

Alan Boscoe - Partner (Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal Courts). Alan was born in Bromborough , and was educated at Wirral Grammar School , obtaining his law degree from John Moore University of Liverpool. He is a specialist criminal defence lawyer and is one of a handful of solicitors who hold Higher Rights of Representation in the Criminal Division Courts . He has represented Clients on all types of Criminal Offences , including Murder . He has appeared in the Royal Courts of Justice in London and has a number of leading English Law landmark cases to his credit .

Anna Duke - Partner. Anna was born and brought up in Liverpool. She studied Law at Liverpool University. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1994. Anna is a specialist criminal solicitor and advocate. She is a member of the Duty Solicitor scheme (Court and Police Station). She has practised as a criminal defence solicitor on the Wirral for over ten years.

Andrew Perrigo - Partner.  Andrew was born in Birkenhead. He studied Law at Liverpool Polytechnic and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He has specialised in Family Law since qualification but also has experience in both personal injury and criminal law. He deals with all family law matters including: Divorce or Separation, Children Matters, Finance and Property, Care proceedings and Domestic Violence. Andrew is a member of the Law Society Children Panel in recognition of his particular expertise as an advocate in Care Proceedings, representing Parents, Children's Guardians and in another life a Local Authority. 

Richard Sibeon - Partner. Richard was born in North Wales but brought up and educated in Wallasey. After studying Law at Cardiff University he qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. He has specialised in claimant personal injury law for over six years. He is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). He deals with all types of personal injury law from minor injury claims to serious and complex cases. He also has experience of criminal law and was previously a police station Duty Solicitor until 2001. He is also able to deal with civil actions against the police (such as false imprisonment) in cases which are suitable for us to act on a no win no fee basis.
